Vacation in Rome - Aventine Hill

When coming to Rome there can be so much to do and see it may be overwhelming. My suggestion is to find a hotel in a peaceful setting to relax at the end of the day. A perfect neighborhood is the "Aventino". It's very near to the center, but immersed in green, and removed from the heavy bustle of Rome. A great place to have coffee and explore. The Basilica of Santa Sabina, a fragrant Orange Grove with one of the best panoramas of Rome, the keyhole at the Knights of Malta, a Rose Garden looked after by local nuns, and Circus Massimus are all found on The Aventine hill.
